The Opportunity

The Product Management Advisor I supports the Real Estate business by leading executing complex CRM and marketing technology initiatives that drive exceptional member experience and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for gathering and refining business requirements, translating business needs into system solutions, optimizing CRM functionality through configuration, leveraging analytics to drive lead distribution/prioritization, member communication, monitoring system health, and serving as a trusted partner to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings mortgage industry and CRM experience, can operate independently, and can lead initiatives with minimal oversight.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with team members to evaluate profit goals, lead distribution/prioritization rules, system and sales user performance as compared to plan or key metrics.

  • Consult and advise the operational leadership on information impacting their business goals.

  • Interact with stakeholders across the business to draw insights that drive the business goals (to include but not limited to: Marketing, Operations, SFO, Legal, Experiences, Digital platforms, etc.).

  • Work with information technology and CRM team members on improving CRM capabilities through enhancements and system configuration.

  • Work with the broader product team to research internal and external information and partners to conduct data analyses to assist with product feasibility.

  • Run moderate statistical models and may present results of research and analysis to senior Product Management leadership, as necessary.

  • Partner with the Product Manager in the development of product dashboards and metrics.

  • Prepare analysis of performance results to inform product or sales forecast and planning.

  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience. 4 years of relevant industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing or Sales/Service or Finance/Accounting Operations or Financial Services.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience leveraging data and providing requirements to data teams.

  • Knowledge of applicable product related regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations to include HMDA, TILA/REG Z, RESPA, FDPA, Reg B, SCRA. ​

What sets you apart:

  • Extensive experience within the mortgage industry, including knowledge of mortgage origination, servicing, underwriting, and related regulations.

  • Advanced experience administering and managing CRM platforms, with preferred experience in Velocify and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience as a Product Advisor, Business Rules Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on driving business and technology solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently gather requirements, develop solutions, and execute complex system enhancements.

  • Experience translating business policies and operational needs into business rules, system configurations, and process improvements.

  • Strong business partnership skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations, communications, and recommendations.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including developing reports, monitoring trends, and driving business decisions through data insights.

  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives with minimal oversight.

  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and lead solution implementation from concept through execution.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $85,040.00 - $153,080.00.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
