The Opportunity
As a dedicated Learning Support Advisor, you will provide support to learning teams by providing operational/logistical support to plan, prepare and deliver training and development events. Support curriculum, facility configurations, learning paths, and ensure communication of the operational processes with all business partners and customers. Support Learning Delivery Directors to ensure course coverage (i.e., instructor availability).
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Phoenix, AZ or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
- Provides intermediate working knowledge of all Enterprise Learning Center of Excellence (ELCOE) processes applicable to Delivery, Development, and Planning as it pertains to support of learning events.
- Supports the ELCOE curriculum, facility configurations, learning paths, and ensures communication of the operational processes with all business partners and customers.
- Schedules learning events as provided through the planning and request definition processes.
- Matches the learning facility capabilities (room size, technology capability, other equipment, configuration, instructor, etc) with the scheduling requirements.
- Performs both resourcing or preparation support for line of business.
- Responsible for managing/ordering supplies and/or any equipment that the company uses for training purposes.
- Manages Learning Management Systems, troubleshooting as necessary.
- Maintains course catalog; process updates to course catalog to include course description, hours, course set up; creates/builds course codes for new courses.
- Works under direct supervision.
- Collaborates with team members to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation.
- Performs moderately complex work assignments to support other team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 2 or more years of administrative, analysis and/or resourcing experience to include at least 1 year of program/project management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite and advanced knowledge of data analysis and associated tools.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $57,970 - $97,820.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
