Bank Sales and Service Contact Center Representative II - Work At Home Available (In State Arizona Only)
Purpose of JobWithin defined guidelines and framework, facilitates the financial security of members through needs-based sales and/or service conversations on multiple Banking lines of business or product set(s). Serves members in a consistent and compliant way by identifying immediate and underlying financial needs and responding with relevant solutions. Deepens and retains member relationships through offering USAA Banking products and services.
We are currently seeking talented Bank Sales and Service Contact Center Representatives for future opportunities in 2021 with the opportunity to work at home full time or in office full time.
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS
· Member contact employees must have access to minimum broadband internet connection standards as defined by USAA. Current requirements are as follows:
· Bandwidth must have minimum capability of consistent speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
· Wireless and Satellite coverage is currently not approved.
· Must be able to provide workspace at home that is safe, suitable for work, and provide a distraction free environment from background noises that may distract a member or internal USAA customer

As a Bank Sales and Service Contact Center Representative you will be doing the following tasks:
Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities.
Provides operational support to members with their banking needs on multiple Banking products.
Reviews accounts and transactions to ensure adherence with regulatory guidelines and may be required to take action and/or escalate non-compliant issues.
Works under limited supervision to identify and recommend smart trade-offs for the member and USAA.
Identifies and confirms the member’s immediate request(s) and works to resolves issues.
Explores member’s banking needs and responds with needs-based solutions.
Recommends new Banking products that might be of interest to the member.
Maintains high levels of member satisfaction consistent with USAA’s core values. Demonstrates commitment to quality through member interactions.
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS

You must reside within a daily, commutable distance to a USAA facility. Commutable distance is recommended not to exceed 60 miles from USAA facility.
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
1 year of customer service, financial services member contact, or military experience required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications.
Knowledge and understanding of bank regulatory and compliance requirements
Successful completion of a job-related assessment may be required.
2+ Years Banking experience and Sales Experience
2+ years Sales Experience
1+ years Contact Center Experience
Monday - Friday as early as 11:00AM - 8:00PM PHX time and one weekend day between 7:30AM - 4:00PM
USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $33,280.00 - $55,100.00.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
Shift premium will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
