We are currently seeking a talented Regional Site Director to work in a hybrid capacity in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

The actual day's onsite are settled between each employee and the employee’s manager.

The Regional Site Director is an individual contributor that is responsible for ensuring consistent experiences for employees and leaders across assigned USAA campus(es). Cultivates robust communication between each of the Regional Site Leaders to broaden visibility and increase consistency in approach to regional operations. Ensures regional facilities are maintained and operated in accordance with USAA standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.

  • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.

  • Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.

  • Identifies issues, trends, and recommends process improvements.

  • Coordinates, develops, and maintains regional business continuation (BC) plans.

  • Plans and identifies resources required to ensure minimal interruption to business operations in the event of a natural or man-made disaster, catastrophe, or weather interruption.

  • Supports the Site Leader in the training, maintenance, and execution the Situation Management Team (SMT).

  • Attends local community, member, and employee events to build relationships, and represent USAA in the community.

  • Facilitates the end-to-end grant process in alignment with USAA community goals.

  • Works with the Site Leader to evaluate, select, and execute on community sponsorship opportunities.

  • Serves as the administrator of the region's corporate contribution budget.

  • Works closely with the zone business operations senior staff evaluating and coordinating the impact of staff initiatives and employee events on the business.

  • Provides management guidance to all building-wide support functions to ensure appropriate site requirements are met.

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

  • 8 years of campus site management experience.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Expert communication skills with proven ability to drive solutions across organizational levels.

  • Proven collaboration skills in a matrixed environment, including providing consultative guidance to solve enterprise-wide issues.

  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong local community involvement experience in Charlotte, North Carolina.

  • Experience driving high levels of cultural engagement.

USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $106,800.00- $192,300.00*.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

*Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.

Shift premium will be addressed on an individual basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
