Here’s a sample of our wellness programs, which may vary depending on the specific location:

Fitness centers and programs vary by location, but typically include cardiovascular equipment, group exercise classes, fitness staff, locker rooms and amenities, fitness evaluations, membership fee rebates for active participation and more. Licensed personal training is also available.

Sports leagues, special family fitness/wellness events, and pavilion and field reservations are available to employees located in San Antonio, Colorado Springs, Phoenix and Tampa.

This campus family-friendly event is traditionally held close to Veteran's Day to honor our veterans. The event is open to employees, their immediate family members and/or one guest.

This informational tool helps assess employee needs and provides a personal action plan with potential resources for various issues or life events.

A work/life specialist provides information and resources to help employees address a variety of needs, such as child care, parenting, elder care, pet care and community resources.

Concierge service is available to USAA employees and spouses. Representatives assist with running errands to allow employees to stay focused at work.

This program provides employees’ high school-aged children with assistance in selecting the right college, submitting applications and financing their education.

Employees whose primary work location is not at one of the four major campus locations can also take advantage of USAA’s world-class benefits program, no matter where they work.
