USAA employees are dedicated to serving our members, as well as our communities – giving back in ways that provide essential services for families in need, helping students succeed and serving military and veterans groups.
In 2015, USAA volunteers reported more than 452,000 hours spent helping others. To further support volunteerism, as of 2016, each full-time USAA employee receives up to two days of paid time per year to volunteer for charitable causes of their choosing.
During our 2015 United Way Campaign, more than 90 percent of USAA employees pledged their support. With additional funds from USAA retirees and The USAA Foundation, total United Way contributions reached $13.3 million.
The USAA Educational Foundation, a nonprofit organization, strives to help consumers make more informed ﬁnancial, safety and big life-event decisions by providing relevant educational materials through presentations and digital technology.
The USAA Educational Foundation (the “Foundation”) is a nonprofit organization sponsored by USAA.
